Link to patterns?

Is it possible to link projects to pattern files that already exist? I keep a lot of my patterns on my iDisk account (unless they are on the Internet somewhere) and I would love to be able to link projects to these without having to enter them again . PDF files, jogs or even hyperlinks ... Can these be used to link to the knitminder project?
