I've finally tracked down and fixed a devious bug in the import process that was causing some imports to fail with an unhelpful "Error" popup. I need a bit more time to test, but should have a new release submitted to Apple very soon.

I just downloaded the update and now Knit Minder won't open at all, it crashes before loading any data. :(

I'm having the same issue as the previous commenter: the app won't even load: just sends me back to my home screen. Please fix soon; I'm right in the middle of a project for which I definitely need my KnitMinder counters!!

App won't load this morning and when I looked on the app store, knit minder isn't there, only knit minder lite. So, I'm assuming you are working the issue and uploading a fix/new version.....

I can't open the app. I'm working on longies and didn't write down my counter numbers anywhere. Will there be a fix for this soon?

I submitted an update to Apple that fixes this issue on Friday and asked for an expedited review, so I'm hopeful that they will approve it quickly. There's no guarantee for how long this might take, unfortunately.

Hi, I was trying to open KnitMinder tonight, before I went on line to see. Will my information be lost? Can I true downloading KnitMinder lite? Will my information be there? I understand your issues, but I can't knit with out your app. I just recommended it to a friend I really love it. Is there anyway that you can update us by email when you are up and running again? Thanks.

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with the latest update. I'm looking into the issue now, but haven't been able to reproduce the problem on the iPhone or iPod touch that I'm using for testing. Whenever an application crashes on your device, the operating system stores the cause of the crash in a log file. It would help me identify the problem if you could send me those logs. There are instructions on the web site here.

KnitMinder is listed as "In Review" on the Apple developer web site, so I'm hopeful that they will approve it in the next day or two.
