Donation to House Rabbit Society

HRS As I mentioned in this blog and in the product page for KnitMinder, we will be donating at least 10% of the proceeds from sales to animal-related charities. I just made our first donation of $100 to the House Rabbit Society's Emergency Rescue Grant on behalf of KnitMinder users. The Emergency Rescue Grant provides funds to animal rescue groups and shelters when they are faced with situations where large numbers of house rabbits need to be removed from a dangerous situation, housed, fed, and treated for medical conditions. You can find out more about the Grant and which groups have benefited from this program on the HRS web site.

We will continue to make donations every quarter, so if you have a favorite animal rescue charity, please let me know!
